    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill on page five, section nine, lines fifteen and sixteen, by striking out the words “another country may not be licensed as a nonresident adjuster under this section unless” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Canada may be licensed as a nonresident adjuster under this section if”.
